Garodia Nagar

The Garodia Group made a humble beginning to its construction endeavours in 1966. The construction division made its debute with development of land at Ghatkopar East which later came to be known as Garodia Nagar. On completion it was a first meticulously planned complex in Mumbai. The area was developed in stages with the essential infrastructure taking first priority.

Garodia Nagar is spread over more than two lacs and eighty thousand sq. mtrs. This area was developed with the entire necessary infrastructure. 204 buildings were constructed with a total built up area of more than Two lacs Thirty thousand sq. mtrs. (2,30,000 sq. mtrs.)
